Larocaine is a local anesthetic with stimulatory properties that is half the potency of cocaine.
Larocaine is derivate from cocaine, it is not a part of the organic alkaloid mix coming from a coca plant.

First of all it actually was explained that dimethocaine only has 10% of the potency because of cocaine, however customer reviews have proven it's not correct, effects are stronger than expected. Lidocaine is also used for duration status of epilepsy which other anti-seizure drugs are not effective, as well as local or spinal anesthesia. But it is usually ineffective for supraventricular arrhythmias.
